If you need to cancel your treatment booking, we accept cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your treatment. Bookings canceled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a full charge. If you need to cancel your spa day booking, we accept cancellations up to 14 days prior to your spa day and amendments up to 7 days prior. Spa day bookings cannot be cancelled or amended with less than seven days’ notice and will incur a full charge.
